Who we are
Norwood Digital (ABN 64 793 793 660) is a web design studio based in Brisbane, QLD. When this policy says "we", "us" or "our", that's who it means.
What we collect
When you fill in our enquiry form, we collect:
- your name and business name
- your phone number, and your email address if you give it
- your current website address and suburb or town, if you give them
- what you need help with, and anything you write in the message box.
If you call, text or email us, we'll also have your number or email address and whatever you send.
This website doesn't use tracking cookies, advertising pixels or analytics.
Why we collect it
Only to reply to your enquiry, talk with you about your website, prepare a mock-up, website check or quote, and do the work if you go ahead. We won't add you to a mailing list or send you marketing.
Who else handles it
We don't sell, rent or trade your details. A few services help this website run:
- Web3Forms passes form enquiries on to our email inbox. Their servers may be outside Australia.
- Cloudflare hosts this website. Like most web hosts, it keeps standard technical logs (such as IP addresses) to keep the site secure and running.
- Our email provider stores the enquiry emails we receive.
We'd only share your details with anyone else if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to deal with you, and for any record-keeping the law requires. If you don't go ahead, we'll delete your details when you ask, or when they're no longer needed.
Keeping it safe
This website uses a secure (https) connection, and we keep our email and devices protected with strong passwords. No system is perfect, but we take reasonable steps to look after your details.
Seeing, fixing or deleting your details
You can ask what details we hold about you, ask us to correct them, or ask us to delete them. Just get in touch and we'll sort it out.
Questions or complaints
Call or text us on 0426 391 120, or send a message through our contact form. If you're not happy with how we've handled a privacy concern, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your details, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
